History
The Council of the Development of Universities in its 43rd meeting agreed to establish an Associate degree in Environmental Health at Semnan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services, in 1991. By decentralization and the declaration of Damghan's desire to establish a university complex in this city, with the presence of the officials of the university and the city, "Health Training School" of SEMUMS was established in Damghan.
The University Development Council agreed to change the name of Damghan Health College to "Damghan Health School" in 1998. Now, the faculty is trying to achieve its ideal goals by having groups of Public Health, Professional Health and Environmental Health at different levels.
