Deputy of Development of Management and Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Notifying all the approvals, regulations and by-laws notified by me to the relevant units, following up and monitoring their proper implementation;
- Compiling by-laws, guidelines and meeting agendas related to the duties of the Deputy of Development of Management and Human Resources to propose to the competent authorities for approval;
- Recommending qualified people to hold managerial positions in the field of this Deputy;
- Supervising affiliated units in order to ensure the proper implementation of their duties;
- Planning, adjusting activities and proposing the annual budget of this Deputy in accordance with the priorities of the university;
- Cooperating with other Deputies for the proper implementation of university programs;
- Administrating and supervising the proper implementation of all administrative, financial and civil affairs of the university, in accordance with the approvals of the relevant regulations and by-laws;
- Handling the executive goals of the university, guiding and monitoring the workflow and methods used in different units in order to create coordination between the activities of different units. So, SEMUMS can achieve its executive goals;
- Determining the current state of SEMUMS through the identification of strengths- bottlenecks, problems- opportunities, and upcoming threats to determine the proposed strategies;
- Forming a committee to compile executive methods to optimize the system of administrative interactions between subordinate units with the cooperation of other Deputies;
