Responsibilities:
- Reception and delivery of patients and patient documents
- Conducting necessary physical examinations, recording them and reporting abnormal cases
- Assessing pain condition and measures to relieve pain
- supporting the patient and family psychosocially and the use of relaxation methods to reduce anxiety
- Getting to know the patient to perform diagnostic and treatment methods
- Providing nursing measures to support the physical and mental health of the patient during invasive and non-invasive diagnostic and treatment methods.
- Cardiac monitoring, diagnosis of various dysrhythmias, informing the doctor if necessary and taking immediate measures in case of dangerous dysrhythmias.
- Providing necessary care after performing diagnostic and treatment methods, especially invasive methods such as: angiography, placing a pacemaker such as controlling the hemodynamic status, controlling the side effects of treatment methods and teaching self-care to the patient and family.
- Coordinating and cooperating with the treatment team to carry out different stages of cardiac rehabilitation according to the patient's condition
- Counseling and training to the client and family about appropriate lifestyle, self-care and home care
- Intubation in necessary cases
- Announcing the code and starting CPR
- Adjusting and using the DC shock device in necessary cases
- Carrying out routine nursing care in the CCU department in order to adjust the patient's activity and rest
- Examining the routine tests and reporting the necessary cases to the doctors
- Suctioning airway secretions through oral and tracheostomy tubes, orotracheal, nasotracheal
- Providing psychological support to patients and their families.
- Checking and monitoring the accuracy of specialized equipment
- Recording and reporting of all measures taken
- Performing other assigned tasks ordered by authorities
