Responsibilities:

  • Designing a model and developing strategies for management of human resources
  • Developing and leading the establishment of a comprehensive system of statistics and information on human resources in the context of information technology
  • Designing and managing the establishment of the human resources planning system of university
  • Standardizing human resources quantity, and preparing human resources organization program of university (reduction of surplus human resources and provision of required human resources)
  • Deciding on conversion of the status of probationary employees to become official employees based on the rules and regulations
  • Deciding on the extension of the contract of contract employees based on the relevant laws and regulations
  • Deciding on the redemption of official human resources subject of the Note of Article 1 of the Executive Regulations of Article 45 of the Law on Adding Articles to the Law on the Regulation of a Part of Financial Regulations of Government.
