Documents for Registration
Documents for registration of new students:
- The original certificate of the four-year diploma of the old system and its image
- Original diploma or high school diploma of the year before diploma and two years before diploma and its image
- Original degree or certificate of completion of pre-university course or its temporary certificate, and two copies of its image
- Pre-university transcripts
- High school transcripts and two years before diploma
- Original degree or certificate of high school diploma of the new secondary educational system and its image
- Original or certificate of associate degree for those who have an associate degree.
- The original certificate of performing the legal services plan prescribed for those admitted with an associate degree
- Original ID card, four copies of all pages, the original of the national card and its copy
- 12 pieces of 4×3 photo taken this year
- A document that indicates the status of the Military Services, end of Military Services, ready to serve Military Services, exemption from Military Services, discharge from Military Services
- Original order of annual leave or unconditional formal consent for government employees
Documents for registration of Discontinuous undergraduate students of various majors:
- Original ID card and a copy of all its pages - Original national card and its copy
- Six pieces of 4×3 photo taken this year
- A document that indicates the status of the Military Services, end of Military Services, ready to serve Military Services, exemption from Military Services, discharge from Military Services
- Order of annual leave or unconditional written consent of the relevant organization for government employees
- The original of the associate degree or the necessary certificate stating that he/she has passed the associate degree in accordance with the criteria.
- The original employment order of the Management and Planning Organization of the country, a copy of it for formal-contract employees (for those admitted in the nightly course)
- Submitting a certificate of end of service of the bill of human resource plan or a certificate of exemption from it
- Submitting a document or certificate based on the history of residence in the relevant province for those admitted in the nightly course who have used local privileges.
