Echocardiography
Responsibilities:
- Gaining the client's trust and confidence, communicating, answering to questions, requests and problems.
- Checking, knowing and obtaining information about the patient's health status and recording in the file, informing the doctor if changes occurred
- Determining and recording the client's health problems and needs
- Nursing diagnosis based on knowledge, skills, research, planning care measures based on goals and priorities and recording them in the file
- Participating and cooperating in running clinical and paraclinical tests
- Carrying out care measures based on the standards of the nursing, recording and following them, taking into account the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient.
- Evaluating the results of the services provided to the client, if necessary
- Applying decision-making and problem-solving methods with the help of other team members in special and critical situations and unexpected incidents.
- Taking measures appropriately to ensure safety, preventing possible accidents
- Checking educational needs, determining the level of universal motivation, developing educational programs, conducting training and evaluating learning in the environment, family and society in order to ensure, maintain and improve the level of health and social welfare.
- Guiding and counseling with the client, if necessary, referring to other specialized resources, social support
- Participating with the counseling center and providing nursing services to follow up care measures at home
- Carrying out continuous monitoring of necessary measures to prevent infections from education to research
- Cooperating with the health group to solve environmental, protection and service problems by using cooperation, assistance and community participation, following them up
- Participating and cooperating in educational and research programs
- Participating in the provision of health care and rehabilitation policies in order to continuously improve the quality of services
- Supervising and controlling the care of the corpse according to Sharia standards
- Revival by participating in relevant training courses
- Doing other assigned tasks by authorities
