- Assessing the hardware needs of the offices, identifying and determining how to meet the needs using the available facilities and providing expert supervision for their purchase or purchase order
- Installing hardware required by users and experts to use software designed
- Providing technical support services for maintenance and repair of equipment and hardware directly from centralized services or out-of-hospital technical services
- Providing, installing and supporting all active and inactive equipment
- Servicing domain hardware periodically according to the relevant process
- Fixing bugs and issues in any system and accessories, installing operating systems and drives
- Participating in preparing and drafting existing contracts in various fields of information technology
- Estimating domain hardware needs and supervising the purchase in coordination with domain management and university IT management (if required)
- Troubleshooting inactive network equipment initially (duct, network socket, rack, patch panel, etc.) and if it is not fixed according to the network troubleshooting process, hardware office of management of IT
- Troubleshooting active network equipment initially (switches, access points, wireless equipment, etc.) and if it is not fixed according to the network troubleshooting process, hardware office of management of IT
- Coordinating with the IT Center to purchase new systems
- Installing Windows on the computers of relevant office and performing the required settings and other applications
