Responsibilities:
- Planning includes the development of periodic operational plans to implement people strengthening programs for self-care, programs of community health promotion, and programs of strategic communication to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Applying new information and communication technologies to strengthen people for self-care and promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Managing the production of mass media to promote a healthy lifestyle
- Proposing health supporting policies to promote health
- Involving individual, group and collective participation of people to promote health
- Participating in needs assessment and implementation of training and strengthening program for university staff to implement strategic communication programs to promote a healthy lifestyle, promote community health and strengthen people for self-care
- Monitoring and evaluating people's strengthening programs for self-care, promoting community health, and strategic communication programs to promote a healthy lifestyle in university
- Monitoring and evaluating media, education and health promotion interventions in university
- Assessing health literacy in the area covered periodically
- Coordinating internally and externally to implement people's strengthening programs for self-care, community health promotion and strategic communication programs to promote a healthy lifestyle
- Collecting, analyzing and documenting information obtained from monitoring and evaluating health education and promotion programs
- Preparing reports on the performance of education and health promotion programs periodically and regularly and sending them to the relevant authorities
- Following up to provide fund and required credits for strengthening programs of people for self-care, community health promotion, and strategic communication programs to promote healthy lifestyles and monitor their spending.
- Participating in the design and implementation of applied research to improve the effectiveness of health education methods to the community and design appropriate interventions to reform them
- Implementing policies and programs notified by the Office of Health Education and Promotion
- Carrying out other assigned affairs
