History

Food Safety Research Center (Salt) is one of the research centers of SEMUMS, which received the principled approval from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in 2016.

This center can conduct research projects, consult in industry, students’ affairs, and participate in academic and national projects inside and outside country by using its full-time and part-time faculty members and establishing a research council of the center consisting interested and active professors in the majors like Food Science and Industry, Nutritional Science, and Management of Health Services.
