Manager of the ward: Sedighe Malek Jafari
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating different parts of the laboratory and solving their defects and problems
- Preventing errors in tests with necessary planning
- Communicating with laboratory personnel continuously, surveying and getting suggestions to improve services
- Examining the level of satisfaction of clients and providing suitable contexts and trends to increase satisfaction
- Monitoring how tests are performed constantly, and providing appropriate solutions to colleagues to increase the accuracy and precision of the results
- Monitoring the implementation of the internal and external quality control program, using its results to improve the work process and calibration of devices
- Controlling the results of the tests finally in accordance with the technical and scientific matters
- Providing the basis for the implementation of the principles of documentation, maintaining relevant documents and records
- Monitoring safety principles against physical, chemical and biological factors
- Describing the working conditions and problems of the laboratory to the authorities and the administrative council in order to solve and advance the goals of the center
- Doing other assigned tasks by authorities
