Office of Recruitment of Affairs of Faculty Members

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out matters related to arranging and extending the employment rulings of contract faculty members and the legal obligations of faculty members
  • Issuing decrees to increase the legal coefficient, promotion base, incentive base, full-time geography, promotion of status, change of employment status of faculty members
  • Issuing decrees to establish, increase and terminate the extraordinary management of deputies, heads and deputies of faculties and centers, heads of groups and heads of departments
  • Issuing rulings related to the officer on duty, educational mission, re-appointment, change of place of work, right to radiation, study opportunity and change of employment status, transfer and application of educational degrees
  • Issuing rulings related to the educational missions of faculty members
  • Issuing rulings for abroad missions of faculty members after receiving permission from the Deputy of Research and Technology
  • Carrying out matters related to the daily mission of faculty managers to participate in congresses, seminars, meetings, visits, examination and evaluation committees and specialized boards of basic and clinical sciences
  • Carrying out matters related to leave and repurchasing the annual leave of heads of faculty members after receiving permission from the Board of Directors
  • Ordering to conclude a contract for deprivation of office of the deans of faculties and heads of research centers after receiving the license
  • Carrying out matters related to the establishment or cancellation of the full-time geographical plan of clinical faculty members in terms of arranging and issuing rulings by the centers, carrying out matters related to insurance organizations
  • Carrying out matters related to obtaining a notarized commitment from the faculty members applying to use the educational mission
  • Carrying out matters related to unpaid leave after approval by the Board of Directors
  • Carrying out matters related to leaving the service, absence, resignation and redemption from service in coordination with the Primary Board and the Disciplinary Review Board of faculty members
  • Carrying out matters related to the certificate of employment to be presented to other organizations, institutions and embassies
  • Carrying out matters related to the transfer and change of major of children of employed and retired faculty members
  • Corresponding to release general, specialties, subspecialties and fellowships certificates
  • Issuing a certificate of performance of work related to faculty members, Article One of How to provide faculty members (faculty member soldier)
  • Issuing a certificate of completion of commitments of those who committed to service (coefficient K) as faculty members
  • Carrying out administrative affairs related to transfer applicants from other universities and institutions to this university and vice versa
  • Corresponding related to the calculation of educational and research records, incentive bases for elites and martyrs, bases for education, deprived areas after the approval of the University Board of Auditors
  • Carrying out matters related to promotion and conversion of employment status after receiving a response from the Board of Auditors and the Executive Board of University Recruitment
  • Sending the required documents to the Security Office to issue an ID card
  • Carrying out matters related to retired professors in line with the Honoring Plan
  • Carrying out administrative affairs related to faculty members based on the approvals of the Board of Directors, the Board of Education, the Board of Auditors, the Executive Board of Recruitment and the Board of Trustees of the University
  • Carrying out the necessary studies regarding the administrative and employment regulations of the faculty members
  • Carrying out the necessary activities in the field of implementing the provisions of the administrative and employment regulations of the faculty members
  • Checking out and improving continuously current processes in order to facilitate administrative affairs in line with the Client Honoring Plan
  • Preparing and arranging regulation and instructions in order to guide faculty members, experts and officials of affiliated offices
