How to admit and hospitalize patients in inpatient wards:

Patient admission is done through the hospital Admission. The patient will be provided with the introduction of the ward, the patient's rights, the nursing alarm, the use of the remote, and the contact numbers. Then, the patient's clothing will be changed by the relevant services. The nurse then introduces himself / herself to the patient and fills in the initial evaluation form, inquires about the patient 's medications, receives the patient - related documents and registers them in the relevant form.
