Head of the office: Sajad Mahdipoor

This office manages administrative affairs related to recruitment, transportation, supervision and follow-up of human resources activities, interacts with relevant departments in the university headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and supervising various recruitment matters
  • Issuing employment orders such as transfer orders, salary restoration, leave, disability, promotion according to regulations
  • Issuing orders to increase seniority and restore the annual salary coefficient of personnel based on the relevant laws and regulations
  • Doing affairs related to employees who leave the administrative system (end of service plan, retirement, death)
  • Implementing the policy and taking the necessary measures in order to achieve the desired goals
  • Studying employment laws and regulations, commenting on how to implement the applicable laws and regulations
  • Carrying out all matters related to the new personnel, including filing a file, registering fingerprints in the Timex device, creating a leave card and announcing their starting date to the relevant authorities.
  • Preparing a list of monthly work performance certificates for employees and sending it to the financial affairs unit to pay salaries and benefits
  • Supervising the affairs related to the presence and absence of personnel through the Timex device
  • Following up and carrying out the necessary correspondence about employees who rush out or delay in their arrival
  • Preparing overtime list and referring it to Financial unit to pay
  • Registering personnel leave in the system daily
  • Following up and issuing administrative orders of employees
  • Updating personnel statistics and information, and referring to authorities
  • Supervising filing and dealing with employee files
  • Following up on employee welfare matters such as clothing rights, non-cash rations, employee reports, etc.
  • Doing other assigned tasks by authorities
