  • Receiving the approvals received by the university from the Government Treasury, the Ministry of Health and other centers
  • Supervising and controlling the financial performance of the affiliated offices of the university
  • Controlling and checking out the final financial balance of the university offices and complying it with the paid credits and financial topics
  • Preparing the general balance of the university and complying it with the financial laws and regulations and approvals of the annual budget of the university
  • Preparing financial statements of university
  • Responding to the organizations controlling the financial activities of the university, such as the Court of Audit, the Inspection Organization, the independent auditor, etc
  • Filing financial records of university construction projects
  • Preparing financial documents for construction projects
  • Registering and adjusting documents in accounting software, and registering issued allocation
  • Submitting financial reports of construction projects
  • Registering, maintaining and cancelling warranties
  • Archiving documents created by the Office of Resources and Credit
  • Carrying out other relevant affairs according to the order of the superior authority
