In general, it can be said that radiology is a specialty in medicine. It takes internal images of the body through various physical factors, magnetic fields, etc. They are used for diagnosis and to a lesser extent for early diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The purpose of radiology is to diagnose internal problems, prevent injury and pain, before the diseases become critical.
It uses equipment and a wide range of techniques to take images of the inside of the body.
Radiologists analyze images to help diagnose and treat various conditions or injuries.
Medical radiology is divided into two major specialized fields according to what agent is used in it: nuclear medicine, which is based on radioactive materials, and the other is radiology, which is based on X-rays.
