  • Preparing and compiling news of issuing statements, announcements, advertisements and preparing the necessary answers in necessary cases for reflection in mass media and press
  • Reflecting and explaining the views, policies and programs of SEMUMS
  • Making policies and implementing policies of news, advertising, publishing and study in the field of public relations of the university
  • Preparing and compiling the annual plan of public relations activities
  • Planning, compiling and coordinating interview programs, university officials with all mass media in accordance with the university's priorities and the needs of public opinion
  • Communicating based on good understanding between people, staff, students and university officials
  • Establishing and launching a system for accepting and reviewing employee suggestions
  • Performing the necessary obligations and actions to guide the client and facilitate their access to the services provided in the affiliated center of the SEMUMS
  • Developing and implementing a plan to collect advertisements, occasions and ceremonies in order to set special days and occasions for universities and affiliated centers
  • Planning and cooperating for holding conferences, seminars, festivals, interviews in universities and affiliated centers
  • Forming and cooperating with special headquarters for holding national and religious ceremonies and occasions at the university
  • Publicizing internal and external journals and types of case publications
  • Preparing and compiling annual performance report of university
  • Surveying the audience about the actions and activities of the university
  • Preparing and adjusting analytical reports on the reflection of university activities
  • Creating and launching a university database
  • Equipping and developing human resources, reviewing and determining the educational needs of public relations experts of university and affiliated centers
  • Coordinating with policies, guidelines, bylaws and instructions issued by the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Ministry
  • Coordinating, guiding and supervising public relations of affiliated centers of university and evaluating their annual performance
  • Performing and following up on other duties assigned by the Chancellor of the University of Medical Sciences and Health Services
