Responsibilities:

  • Planning and supervising all matters related to the Confidential Secretariat and the Security Secretariat
  • Supervising the formation of confidential archives, preserving, archiving and classifying confidential documents and security documents
  • Preparing document protection instructions in coordination with the head of security
  • Determining the degree of protection of confidential and secure correspondence
  • Preparing and notifying circulars, by-laws, regulations, recommendations and necessary protection instructions in coordination with the head of security, monitoring their proper implementation and providing corrective suggestions to eliminate deficiencies and improve security methods.
  • Obtaining the necessary orders from the head of security and implementing them for the purposes of the system
  • Preparing security and environmental reports and submitting them to the superior
  • Taking care and supervising all matters related to security and taking the necessary measures in coordination with the relevant authority
  • Preparing and discovering the password, receiving and registering, issuing, maintaining, sending all the telex, fax and telegram messages of the password, preparing the password keys and monitoring the change and timely delegation, and providing the necessary recommendations in order to prevent their detection.
  • Establishing a suitable system for protection and maintenance of personnel, facilities, confidential documents in coordination with the head of security
  • Classifying facilities and buildings in order to protect them
  • Educating and justifying staff regarding the protective care of facilities and places
  • Evaluating the subordinate security officials and presenting the results to the superior authority
  • Analyzing reports received from officials and submitting them to superior authority
  • Studying, researching, and making policy on security matters to guide the collection
  • Participating actively in internships, skills and training courses to improve job knowledge and capabilities
  • Performing or participating in applied research in the field of health system in the relevant field of work
  • Identifying the causes of dissatisfaction of people and employees of the organization
  • Announcing comments on the transfer and change of geographical location of the employees
  • Identifying crisis centers and causes of dissatisfaction
  • Supervising, training and controlling the performance of guards
  • Supervising hospital movable and immovable property
  • Checking out the qualifications and announcing opinions for holding and appointing people in sensitive jobs based on identifying violations, grounds and mechanisms for doing them to present to relevant authorities, collecting and informing news (political, economic, cultural, social) and their reflection to managers and competent authorities
  • Investigating the problems of client
  • Security as a management consultant, Protection of personnel, Realization of employees' rights, Realization of client rights
  • Monitoring the destruction of documents and administrative papers
  • Protecting information, hardware, software, and computer communications from intrusion, unauthorized access, and theft
  • Monitoring the performance and how to install video surveillance camera systems and monitoring of university
  • Forming a personnel protection file
  • Obtaining inquiries from relevant authorities and answering to personnel inquiries
  • Providing intelligence services and security advice to the head of the organization and relevant managers, as the case may be
  • Following up on personnel violations
  • Performing affairs related to passive defense in the field of physical protection
  • Controlling the vehicles traffic
  • Preparing crisis management plans
  • Supervising the security and disciplinary affairs of the university
  • Investigating general crimes such as robbery, conflict, etc.
  • Controlling traffic of employees, client, foreign nationals
  • Issuing personal identification card
  • Taking necessary measures in case of accidents and immediately informing the responsible authorities
  • Determining the qualifications of personnel sent abroad and their protection justification, as well as personnel related to foreign nationals
