How to divide the review and selection of software systems

The Office of Software has divided the process of reviewing and analyzing the software systems of the university affiliated offices into the following 4 groups:

Educational, research, libraries and magazines, student affairs, student welfare affairs, course selection systems and other matters related to students, educational and research affairs.
Recruitment, personnel, salaries, business, warehouse, property systems and all systems related to financial affairs.
Office automation system and related systems.
