The Process of Issuing a Check
- Receiving a certificate of commitment approved by the credit office
- Overviewing the document issued from the credit office based on existing laws
- Issuing the relevant check through the new financial system software
- Re-sending the document along with the check issued to the Deputy of Development and Human Resources for a second signature and review
- Receiving the document from Deputy of Development and Human Resources and separating it
- Sending the check to bank to be received
- Receiving a deposit slip from the bank
- Attaching the bank receipt to the relevant document
- Sending the completed document to the credit office
