The Process of Issuing a Check

 

  • Receiving a certificate of commitment approved by the credit office
  • Overviewing the document issued from the credit office based on existing laws
  • Issuing the relevant check through the new financial system software
  • Re-sending the document along with the check issued to the Deputy of Development and Human Resources for a second signature and review
  • Receiving the document from Deputy of Development and Human Resources and separating it
  • Sending the check to bank to be received
  • Receiving a deposit slip from the bank
  • Attaching the bank receipt to the relevant document
  • Sending the completed document to the credit office
