Futurism and scientific authority package in medical education

Supervisor of the following policies:

• Institutionalizing the responsive education approach in the health system
• Being present in regional and global educational arenas
• Producing and localizing valid scientific evidence for the promotion of higher health education (educational research)

Areas:

• Designing a motion monitoring system in the direction of scientific authority in medical education
• Compiling a Futuristic document and a roadmap for the realization of authority in medical education
• Designing and implementing innovation system in medical education
• Implementing the National Center for Strategic Research in Medical Education

Package of Moving toward third generation universities

Supervisor of the following policies:

• Institutionalizing the responsive education approach in the health system
• Being present in regional and global educational arenas
• Producing and localizing valid scientific evidence for the promotion of higher health education (educational research)

Areas:

• Reviewing the structure and performance of medical universities in the transition to third generation universities
• Entrepreneurship and creating knowledge-based wealth in medical universities in the form of innovation system (national regional)
• Designing and developing a system for calculating the cost of training human resources in different majors - levels of higher health education, and supporting related research
• Designing and implementing sustainable, equitable and non-budgetary financing and allocation system for higher health education based on cost-effectiveness studies, returning of investment and increasing of productivity

Responsive and justice-oriented training package

• Upgrading the human resources of the department of Higher Health Education

Areas:

• Designing and implementing a system for identifying and evaluating educational needs based on community needs (burden of diseases and risk factors), technologies related to prevention, diagnosis and treatment in the field of health (health interventions) and knowledge boundaries in the field of health in the country
• Reviewing and compiling educational programs (curricula) in order to meet the needs of society, diagnostic- treatment technologies and knowledge boundaries (scientific authority) by major and degree
• Designing a system to create appropriate sensitivity and motivation for policy makers, stakeholders, professors, students, service providers in order to better meet the real needs of society and pay attention to the social determinants of SDH health
• Designing and implementing the planning and management system for training human resources in medical sciences

• Designing and organizing the EducationIran medical sciences portal in order to introduce the capacity of the country's higher health education worldwide
• International accreditation of universities and medical education institutes in the country

Package of development of Virtual Education in Medical Sciences

• Designing, launching and implementing a virtual university of medical sciences
• Designing process standards for virtual education of medical sciences and accreditation of relevant programs
• Providing the infrastructure, physical, information and human resources necessary for the development of virtual education
• Making capacity in conventional educational programs and curricula in order to present and evaluate a part of programs and curricula virtually with emphasis on the major of postgraduate degrees

Package of Upgrading the system of evaluation and tests of medical sciences

Package of development and upgrading of medical education infrastructure

Supervisor of the twelve policies of the health education program:

• Laying the groundwork for excellence in medical sciences, especially modern and interdisciplinary sciences in post-sanctions conditions
• Designing and implementing an integrated medical education information system in the country
• Strengthening the equipment infrastructure of training hospitals and service centers involved in training the program of monitoring transformation packages

Areas:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive and integrated model and system for evaluating and monitoring the activities of universities in order to implement the twelve policies of the program
