The ceremony was attended by Dr. Golroo, the representative of the people of Semnan, Mahdishahr and Sorkheh in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Dr. Danaei, the Chancellor of SEMUMS, Vice- Chancellors of SEMUMS, managers, doctors and staff of the center and benevolent benefactors of Kowsar Hospital.
