Dr. Namaki, Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, in a letter citing the vote issued in the 282nd session of the Medical Universities Development Council, agreed to launch a field of Specialty of General Surgery at the Kosar Educational, Research and Treatment Center of Semnan.
